Itinerary

Day 1 - Delhi- Manali(600 KM | 12 Hrs |

Participants must arrive in Delhi by evening. Our representative will be there to meet and greet you at the bus stop. Today, we will provide transportation from Delhi to Manali via a Volvo bus, making it an overnight journey.

Day 2 - Manali - Arrival ( Altitude: 6,726 ft)

Arrival I Arrival at Manali & reach the hotel. Today is a relaxing day as your body need to acclamatize to high altitude. Or you can explore Manali by your own. Gather in evening for briefing, Registration& other formalities Overnight Stay | Meals: Dinner

Day 3 - Manali - Sarchu (175 KM | 6-7 Hrs | Altitude: 14,000 ft)

Prepare for an unforgettable adventure through the stunning landscape near Suraj Tal lake, followed by the ascent to Baralacha La at 4,890 meters. Enjoy awe-inspiring views and a cozy overnight stay in camps with attached western washrooms. Overnight stay: Sarchu Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.

Day 4 - Sarchu - Leh(255 KM | 7-8 Hrs | | Altitude: 11,000 ft)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast for your Himalayan adventure. Navigate the 21 hairpin bends of the breathtaking Gata Loops. Enjoy the fresh mountain air while crossing Namil La Admire the stunning views at Tanglang La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes. Overnight Stay: Leh | Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.

Day 5 - Leh - Khardung La - Nubra Valley 160 KM | 5-6 Hrs | Altitude: 10,000 ft)

Cross Khardung La (18,380 ft), the highest all-terrain motorable road. Visit Diskit Monastery and the Maitreya Buddha statue. Experience the Hunder Sand Dunes and enjoy a double-humped Bactrian camel ride. Enjoy Bonfire with Music in starry night. Overnight Stay: Nubra Valley | Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 6 - Nubra Valley - Pangong Tso 160 KM | 5-6 Hrs | Altitude: 14,270 ft)

Travel via Agham - Shyok Village - Durbuk - Tangtse. Witness the breathtaking Pangong Tso Lake, famous for its changing colors. Spend the night in lakeside camps under a star-lit sky. Overnight Stay: Pangong | Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 7 - Pangong Tso- Leh (150 KM | 5-6 Hrs | Altitude: 11,000 ft)

Start your day at Pangong Lake, the filming location of "3 Idiots," with its stunning blue waters and mountains. Drive to Chang La, one of the highest motorable passes, for breathtaking views. Visit Thiksey Monastery, noted for its architecture and spirituality. Explore the "3 Idiot" school and enjoy the vibrant Tibetan market in the evening. Overnight Stay- Leh | Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 8 - Leh- Departure

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head towards your home destination. This journey concludes here, leaving you with beautiful memories Meals: Breakfast

Stay - Accommodation in hotels, camps, or cottages on triple sharing basis for 10 nights (double share upgrade available).
Meals plan (MAP) - Breakfast & Dinner, starting with dinner on Day 2 (Total: 10 dinners & 10 breakfasts).
For bike package - Solo or dual rider.
Bike - Himalayan 411 CC for solo and dual riders from Day 3 till Day 11.
Fuel - Included for solo and dual rider packages from Day 3 till Day 11.
Riding gears - Elbow guards, knee guards, and basic riding gloves.
Helmet - Basic ISI-certified helmet for all.
For taxi package - Total 4 seats available.
Taxi - Scorpio, Xylo, Ertiga, or Innova from Day 3 till Day 11 (cost based on 4 pax sharing one taxi).
Taxi inclusions - Fuel, driver charges, toll tax, state tax, parking, and night charges.
Road captain - Certified road captain for the entire trip.
Permits - All Inner Line Permits (ILP), Army permissions, Ladakh union fee, and wildlife fees for restricted areas.
Mechanical backup vehicle for support, breakdown assistance, and luggage transfer.
Toll tax and other road taxes (not applicable for self-driven vehicles).
Bonfire (one time, subject to weather conditions).
Basic first-aid kit and oxygen cylinder.
Designer goodies as a memory of the trip.
Expedition completion certificate (digital).

Volvo bus ticket from Delhi to Manali (not applicable for self-driven vehicles).

Extra costs for transportation/accommodation due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or changes in law (payable on the spot by the client).
Lunch.
Costs for towing or transferring the motorbike if dropped.
Personal expenses (water, snacks, laundry, camera, tips).
Any items or activities not listed in the inclusions/itinerary.
Only 1 backpack allowed in the backup vehicle; no suitcases/trolley bags.
Entry fees to monuments.
GST 5% or any applicable tax.

Those who choose the Bike package have to pay a bike security deposit of Rs. 5000/- (refundable after handing over the bike at the end of the trip).
